Raphin1 acetate is a selective, orally bioavailable inhibitor of the regulatory phosphatase PPP1R15B (R15B). It binds the R15B-PP1c holophosphatase with Kd ≈ 33 nM and shows about 30-fold selectivity over R15A-PP1c. Supplied as a high-purity research reagent, it is used to modulate phosphatase activity in studies of proteostasis and protein folding disease models.
